Shipping Information

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping)

International Shipping: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Mindful Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase doesn’t support your practice as intended, we’re here to help with our mindful returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Yoga Eye & Neck Pillows (opened packages)
  • Yoga Therapy Accessories that have been used

The Mindful Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (template provided below).
  2. Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our return center at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you when your return is processed (typically within 5 business days of receipt).

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  • Follow the same return process above, clearly stating you wish to exchange the item.
  • Specify the replacement item you’d like in your return request email.
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, shipping the new item with standard shipping.
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.

International Returns

For our global community of practitioners (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD

Mindful Packaging

As fellow yoga practitioners who respect the earth, we encourage you to reuse the original packaging when possible. If original packaging isn’t available, please use minimal, recyclable materials.
